Our History
2010 - MEDL began trading as an electronics design business near the Minster in Southwell with the early years spent providing control electronics design and product prototypes
2015 - The team doubled and the business engaged in Innovate UK funded projects, providing industry led consortiums with product design for low energy control and communications, power conditioning, LED drivers and environmental monitoring systems
2019 - The team doubled again and the business took on a manufacturing division to enhance our capability, promote the design, development and realisation of our own products and provide customers with a broader electronics assembly solution
2020 - Completed the design and prototyping for the first of our LED Lighting products for the Horticultural industry. Released first Air Quality and Monitoring unit , check these out in the products section.
2023 - Focussed the business on development in collaboration and response to customer demand. Partnered with prototype and volume manufacturing providers to focus on product Design for Manufacture and Test (DFx), our specialist subject
